Spain has started the competition in really good shape, after a beautiful win over South Korea (0-4), and an almost hat-trick by MVP Claudia Pina. The Spanish side is second on Group D, with Canada leading the race with 6 points, after their wins against Colombia (0-3) and South Korea today (0-2).
Spain with two matches left, still on the race to be first of the table, and they’re even aiming for victory at the tournament. And it’s not a surprise… They really look strong.
Their next opponent is Colombia, third in the classification, and aiming to forget the bad start they had, after playing with Canada, losing Andrea Perez in the 69′, and later, letting the girls in red score 3 goals against them.
Clearly, Spain has the highest chance of winning this game, with a powerful and dynamic side, and an outstanding Claudia Pina, who’s really on fire. But…
Everything can happen.
Here I leave you with the highlights of their previous matches on the World Cup. Who will win the contest?
